Fragrance Concierge Service – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the Fragrance Concierge Service offered by Scents of Style LLC. By purchasing this service, you agree to the following terms.

1. Nature of the Service

The Fragrance Concierge is a personalized consultation service that provides custom fragrance recommendations based on the information you provide, including but not limited to preferences, lifestyle, scent profile, and intended use.

This service provides professional fragrance guidance and recommendations only. It does not include the sale of fragrances, sourcing services, or subscriptions.

2. No Guarantee of Personal Preference

Fragrance is highly subjective and influenced by individual body chemistry, environment, and personal taste.

Scents of Style LLC does not guarantee that you will like, love, or prefer the recommended fragrances. Recommendations are made based on expertise and the information you provide.

Dissatisfaction with a recommendation does not qualify for a refund.

3. No Medical or Allergy Liability

By using this service, you acknowledge:

• You are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists before applying any fragrance
• You are responsible for patch testing any fragrance before full use
• Scents of Style LLC is not liable for allergic reactions, skin irritation, sensitivities, or medical issues resulting from the use of any fragrance recommended

If you have known sensitivities or allergies, you must disclose them during the consultation.

4. Client Responsibility for Accurate Information

The quality of your recommendations depends on the accuracy of the information you provide.

Scents of Style LLC is not responsible for unsatisfactory results due to incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information submitted by the client.

5. No Returns, Refunds, or Chargebacks

Due to the time, expertise, and customization involved, all Fragrance Concierge purchases are:

Final sale and non-refundable

By purchasing this service, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes based on dissatisfaction with recommendations.

6. Delivery of Service

Your personalized fragrance recommendations will be delivered within the timeframe stated at purchase. Delivery is considered complete once the recommendations have been sent to the email provided by the client.

7. Intellectual Property

All recommendation reports, guides, and materials provided are the intellectual property of Scents of Style LLC and are for personal use only. They may not be copied, shared, resold, or distributed.

8. No Affiliation With Brands

Scents of Style LLC is an independent fragrance consultant and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any fragrance brands mentioned in recommendations.

9. Limitation of Liability

Scents of Style LLC’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the Fragrance Concierge service. Under no circumstances shall Scents of Style LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Agreement to Terms

We appreciate your understanding and thank you for trusting us to provide exceptional services and recommendations. By purchasing the Fragrance Concierge Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
