Scents of Style LLC is an independent reseller of authentic brand fragrances. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any brand, designer, or manufacturer listed on this website.

All trademarks, brand names, logos, and product names are the property of their respective owners and are used strictly for identification purposes only.

2. Product Authenticity

All products sold are 100% authentic and sourced from reputable wholesalers and distributors.

3. Product Variations & Scent Disclaimer

Due to natural manufacturing variations, the following do not indicate a fake, damaged, or defective product:

• Differences in scent strength or longevity

• Manufacturer reformulations

• Batch variations

• Minor packaging or bottle differences

• Personal body chemistry affecting scent performance

• Nose fatigue after application

Packaging may vary due to manufacturer updates and does not qualify as a defect.

Fragrance performance varies by individual and is not grounds for return or refund.

4. All Sales Are Final – No Returns or Exchanges

Due to hygiene, safety, and anti-tampering concerns in the fragrance industry:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Disliking the scent

• Opened or used products

• Incorrect orders placed by the customer

• Buyer’s remorse

• Allergic reactions or skin sensitivity

5. Damaged Merchandise (Only Exception)

We replace or refund items only if physically damaged during shipping.

To qualify, you must email us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Photos of the damaged product

• Photos of the shipping box

• Photos of the shipping label

The item must be unused and in original packaging.

Failure to report within 24 hours voids the claim.

6. Opened or Sprayed Products

Any fragrance that has been opened, sprayed, tampered with, or removed from its original wrapping is not eligible for return under any circumstance.

7. Shipping Responsibility

Once tracking shows Delivered, Scents of Style LLC is not responsible for:

• Stolen packages

• Lost packages after delivery

• Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

Customers must contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.

8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to the provided address fulfill our obligation.

9. User Errors / Incorrect Orders

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct item, size, and variant. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed.

10. Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

By purchasing, you agree:

• Not to initiate chargebacks for delivered orders

• That fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with evidence

• That we reserve the right to blacklist customers who abuse payment disputes
