Return Policy – Scents of Style LLC

At Scents of Style LLC, we take pride in providing authentic brand fragrances at affordable luxury pricing. Due to the nature of fragrance products and industry-wide return fraud, we maintain a strict return policy.

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Disliking the scent

• Opened or used products

• Incorrect orders placed by the customer

• Buyer’s remorse

• Skin sensitivities or allergic reactions

Fragrances are personal-use items that cannot be resold once opened or sprayed. For this reason, all sales are final.

Damaged Items (Only Exception)

We will replace or refund items only if they arrive physically damaged during shipping.

To qualify for a replacement:

You must email us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Photos of the damaged item

• Photos of the shipping box

• Photos of the shipping label

The item must be unused and in original packaging.

Failure to contact us within 24 hours voids the claim.

Opened or Sprayed Bottles

Any fragrance that has been opened, sprayed, tampered with, or removed from its wrapping is not eligible for return under any circumstance.
